MEET THE GOODLAD TEAM
Shane and Dean Goodlad’s journey began early - at just 13 and 14 years old - working on a local farm and developing a deep passion for agriculture. In 2008, they took a leap, purchasing their first tractor and offering contracting services to nearby farms. After finishing school, Shane went all in, becoming self-employed and officially launching S & D Goodlad. With their shared dedication to farming and contracting, the brothers steadily grew the business, investing in new machinery to enhance their services.
What started as a small operation has since flourished. Since 2008, S & D Goodlad has expanded beyond agriculture, branching into new industries, including highways and the utility sector. Today, they specialise in providing tailored solutions to meet the evolving needs of their clients, continuing to grow, adapt, and deliver excellence.
